Simili Residences

The latest study of our office has to do with a complex of two residential, energy-efficient A+ buildings, which will consist of basements and pilotis, five total levels, internal terraces and roofs with exclusive use.

The project was studied with the main axis of designing a complex of bioclimatic houses to meet the needs of modern families, with an emphasis on functionality, aesthetics, as well as solving the problems of accessibility for people with disabilities, in combination with the minimization of the energy footprint of the building as a whole, but also of each unit individually.
