𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀
Η τελευταία μελέτη του γραφείου μας έχει να κάνει με ένα συγκρότημα δύο κτιρίων κατοικιών, ενεργειακής κλάσης Α+ το οποίο θα αποτελείται από υπόγεια και pilotis, πέντε συνολικά επίπεδα, εσωτερικούς εξώστες και δώματα με αποκλειστική χρήση.
Το έργο μελετήθηκε με βασικό άξονα τον σχεδιασμό ενός συμπλέγματος βιοκλιματικών κατοικιών για την κάλυψη των αναγκών των σύγχρονων οικογενειών, με έμφαση στην λειτουργικότητα, στην αισθητική, καθώς και στην επίλυση των προβλημάτων προσβασιμότητας εμποδιζόμενων ατόμων και ΑΜΕΑ, σε συνδυασμό με την ελαχιστοποίηση του ενεργειακού αποτυπώματος του κτιρίου συνολικά, αλλά και κάθε μονάδας διακριτά.
