Our latest study concerns a residential building, energy class A+, which will consist of a basement, three total residential levels and a rooftop for exclusive use. The defining principle of the design was to create modern residences, emphasizing the service of modern human needs and the modern way of living, always in combination with the characteristics of a particularly elegant architecture that will follow functionality, while maintaining the lowest possible energy footprint.
