Etsi Apla is quite a unique place, where the simplicity of industrial design and natural materials of earthy and neutral colour hues all merge to create the style and vibrancy one expects to find in such a place.

The industrial architecture is evident by the use of industrial-cement flooring and visible overhead steel air-ducts, while the transition between the indoor space and the adjacent outdoor patio, and vice versa, is made seamlessly, providing both coordination and comfort.

The main features of the restaurant include quite an impressive bar—an extension of the kitchen area made out of forged cement, overhead metal glass-racks, and a blackboard, all well-appointed, providing easy access and functionality. In addition, delightful traditional objects and compositions decorating the walls and bar, along with wall-sconces and large pendant bulbs all set an imposing character and ambience from a different era.
