KLD House

Within the plot, a single-family house is to be constructed, which will consist of a Basement, a ground Floor level with a swimming pool area, the first floor level and finally the top level with the end of the staircase – lift, and the inclined roofs. Within the building the main living areas are occupying the ground floor and the first level (attic). The entrance to the single-family house is from Ionos Dragoumi Street, as well as the entrance to the underground parking spaces through the gently sloping car ramp.

The storage areas of the single-family house, the engine room, the parking spaces and the two laundry rooms are located in the basement. The two cours-anglaise are also placed to provide ventilation to the basement space and it is accessed either via the main staircase and lift or via the external staircase from the ground floor level and the open space. On the ground floor of the single-family house, according to the architectural design, the main entrance with the entrance lobby and the guest wc area are located. The living room, the dining room, the two kitchens, one main and one secondary utility, together with the guest room - office with wc, are the rest of the spaces together with the internal staircase - lift that make up the ground floor level.

In the uncovered area of the plot, some sections are paved with hard materials to receive the uses of the premises, while the rest of it is available for low-type planting and the 6 trees that previously existed on the plot will be transplanted to the front garden. The swimming pool, the outdoor dining area, the BBQ area and the outdoor staircase to go to the basement areas are also located in the uncovered area. On the first level (attic) of the house, according to the architectural design, the master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom and the two secondary bedrooms with the shared bathroom are located. The walk-in closet and the double-height void are also placed with the protection of railings, thus giving the possibility of visual contact with the lower level of the ground floor. Finally, access to the A' level (attic) is only possible via the stairwell - lift. Heat pumps and solar-photovoltaic panels will be installed on the Roof and roofs.
