Our latest residential project concerns a two-story building with pilotis, basement and a roof garden for exclusive use. Although the building will initially fully cover the needs of a family of three, it has been designed and will be built with specifications for future expansion in height as if it were an apartment building. The project is located in the area of Agios Dimitrios, currently under permission stage process. Regarding the size of the building, we have a total of 206sq.m for main areas, on a plot of 182.60sq.m.
