This study is about a complete renovation and energy upgrade of a 266 sq.m property, in the area of Palaio Psychiko in Athens, Greece. The property consists of two levels, the ground floor includes the living areas and the bedrooms with its courtyard, and the basement with storage and recreation areas. In regards to the interior we headed to a minimal approach, while the house was designed to accomodate a family of four.
