This residential project, currently under building permit process, is another collaboration with Xalkat, Construction Company. The project consists of a five-storey apartment building, located on Pythagoras Street, in Ilioupoli area in Athens, Greece. The site features four floor-through apartments, a two-storey penthouse and a divergent use, roof level, with stunning view to the seafront. In terms of design, we opted for clean, contemporary lines, in addition to materials and finishes compatible with building volumes, in this way achieving a lively, modern look.
