Our latest residential project concerns a Healthy Zero Energy building (HZEB) located in Alimos area in Athens, Greece. This residential design consists of a five-storey building with pilotis, basement and a roof area for exclusive use, including a flat apartment per floor. Regarding the size of the building, we have a total of 550sq.m for main areas, on a special plot of 319sq.m.
