H195 Torre De La Nostalgia

This unique A + Energy building, currently under construction, comprises five floor-through apartments with exceptionally spectacular views. Its dynamic sculptural architecture and unique futuristic design make it quite distinct from other buildings in the area. The main frame construction is made of high-quality cement mortar, while interior layouts feature white Kalakata marble.

Sliding, invisible-frame balcony doors allow residents to enjoy unobstructed breath-taking views of the exquisite Glyfada vicinity. The first three floors are identical, while the fourth floor apartment includes a loft; the top floor apartment features an attic with a private pool overlooking the enchanting Saronic Gulf.

Floor areas range between 94 and 140 sq.m with open-plan living-room/kitchen layouts, and hallways leading to the bedroom areas, including a master bedroom, and two smaller-size ones, each with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. In addition, all apartments feature a guest bathroom situated close to the kitchen and living-room areas.
