KLD House is a private project and more specifically a detached house on a plot of land with a total area of 698.71 sq.m in the Municipality of Glyfada, Attica. The project was studied based on the design of the single-family house to meet the needs of a modern family, with an emphasis on functionality, aesthetics, as well as solving the problems of accessibility for people with disabilities, in combination with the minimization of the energy footprint of the single-family house.
