Our latest residential project is about a full renovation and energy upgrade of two apartments, in a well-preserved building, in the area of Glyfada in Athens Greece.
In both the apartments, currently under renovation, we will be upgrading energy and efficiency standards by replacing the older aluminum frames with new highly efficient ones, adding new heating and a/c units, and new electromechanical equipment. Moreover, kitchen areas and bathrooms will be completely redone, and flooring will also be replaced. As regards the kitchen in particular, it will feature two different sections, one separated from the open-plan living area with an island, used for cooking, whereas the other will be an enclosed space serving as a scullery and pantry area.
