Xalkat Apartment Building Tavros

This residential project, currently under building permit process, is our new collaboration with Xalkat, Construction Company. The project consists of a five-storey apartment building, located on Eirini’s street, in Tavros area in Athens, Greece. The site features two floor-through apartments, a three-storey penthouse and a roof level pool deck area, with stunning view to the adjacent green park. In terms of design, we opted for clean, contemporary lines, in addition to materials and finishes compatible with building volumes, in this way achieving a lively, modern look.
