F7 Serviced Apartments Interior Design

This study is about a complete renovation – completion of a five storey building, in the area of Piraeus in Attica. The development concerns an A+ energy efficient apartment – hotel building. It consists of a total of fourteen properties – suites, distributed on five levels, a commercial space on the ground floor level and service areas on the basement.

The key aspect of this apartments – hotel development is the “Fully Automated and Smart Self-Check-In”. The property will be equipped with state-of-the-art automation technology, allowing guests a seamless and efficient self-check-in experience, enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. We also provided a well-equipped gym in the basement, a welcoming reception area, and convenient locker rooms, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for guests.
